Dear brethren,

Kindly advise me on this with your experience in Bangalore. Planning to rent a place for my mongering (take known contacts, they are are aversion to hotels!) and other fun activities (mainly boozing). This place will also be used for keeping household / office items which cannot be accommodated at my place. Basically, one place for 2 or 3 purposes. Please.
