How do you get a number that cannot be traced back to you. The cops can reach anyone if they want to. She would have loads of numbers in her phone, who all are they going to chase just because she has stored numbers. Nothing's going to happen.

2. You can get a pre-registered SIM from some local shops without any ID proof. I had indies in Delhi and Mumbai who told me that they have done this. I don't know of specific places for this.
