Couldn't agree more bro. I have been requesting contacts for quite some time, posted in the forum, msged close to 20-25 members, but as you said it has been crickets mostly. Got some responses on the FRs, but mostly critical on how not to monger. Some folks did respond to msgs, but almost all of them were newbies struggling to get contacts themselves. Don't know if it is elitism or playing extra safe by not sharing contacts with newbies. So yes, it is indeed a chicken and egg situation.

Hope the knowledgeable would be a little more considerate with newbies and share some good contacts.
