I don't think its possible. Best you can try is having a virtual credit card. This is available through net banking portals of many banks in India. (of course, you need a banking account with the bank for this.) These can be loaded with required maximum amount. However, I tried one such card to buy subscription here on this site, but it did not work. (So had to use my regular credit card.) So for virtual cards, YMMV website to website.

AFAIK, it is not legally possible in India. Govt is even trying to DNA profile everybody with biometric identity and track every movements, so it's not possible. If you want safety while using credit cards online, one option may be having HDFC bank's Netsafe cards, these are limited validity one time usage virtual credit cards which may be used in the Internet.
