Note: I got a request from a guy with only 6 posts. All 6 are begging for contacts. Really, if I can get a good experience for the defense SPA from 5000 kms away. Why can't you visit and write a good report to gain some authority.

I will be in Delhi for 2 days and planning to stay near Airport or Karol Bagh. Main interest is to visit few MPs. Based on FRs I have shortlisted SnM in DC.
