Same experience. Pathetic spa, no privacy while waiting and too bright lighting. Went there because of good experiences at the sister concern in Bangalore with Ukriainian and Thai therapists. This was just a scam. They were offering a package which I refused after the experience. At least if the therapist had good massage skills I would have considered taking the package as that would have reduced the price.
