Majority of CIS girls in India are from Uzbekistan, with some mattering of Turkmenistan (those who claim to be from Turkey) and other CIS states, so a lot of what you hear is India is Uzbek. If they need to communicate between other CIS girls, they would use Russian. Russians / Czechs normally prefer Northern Europe / Amercia and / or Middle East as last resort.
