The lady receptionist said she didn't receive any confirmation from Chaacha portal. Then I called Chhacha helpline, requested the lady on reception to speak with them. She refused and said she will call her manager, by that time Chhacha guys disconnected phone saying that he will directly call the manager to solve the issue..

Well, I do book rooms through chacha site near jnagr (hotel PV) if it is night stay and it always good experience and also my friends who also given good feedback so it may depends on hotels we book.

Better call hotel after booking and confirm to avoid inconvenience.
