As a general rule Japan is not a very friendly country to foreigners especially to South Asians. They act polite but are not friendly. From my previous visits there few years back, most clubs don't allow Indians in side. Some times you can get inside if are are with Japanese friends. Few of the clubs where you are allowed, the girls mostly are Filipinos or from other Asian countries. In some of the very super exclusive clubs you can even find Caucasian girls.
