I am not sure where you will be located. But if it is in Noida, sec 18 has got good number of spas. It's like half of the spas of Noida are in this location. However a caveat. When you say Central Park, I assume you are speaking about Connaught Place. Easiest and safest option would be to go to a spa. Most in Delhi are really brothels dressed up as spas. Or you could use pimps, or service providers as they are called.
