Thank you brothers. I take Suhagra Force 50 so that I can last longer and yes it has Dapoxetine for that. I'll try drinking more water and perhaps a Crocin with it next time. Another brother suggested Tadalafil so might try that too.

If I am not mistaken, Suhagra Force is a combination of Sildenafil and Dapoxetine. Former helps with the ED and the later with PE. The headache may well be because of Dapoxetine. If you don't have issues with PE, try the regular Sildenafil without Dapoxetine. Other reasons for headache could be too much dosage (More does not result in harder rod, just more severe side effects). Start with 50 MG, gradually increase it to 75 and than to 100. You will find out the optimum dosage for you. You may also try Tadalafil and see if that works for you. As others have mentioned, stay hydrated and have the drug with a light meal or empty stomach.
