Just made a solo trip to both Phuket and Pattaya last week. Phuket is a total tourist trap. It's very pretty but not at all recommended for mongering. I have been chatting with someone claiming to be an Independent (but sounds like an SP) on Loc who provides Incall at Hotel Rajvansh Palace at DLF-II in ggn. My suggestion to you would be to NOT take Sildenafil + Dapoxetine combination tablet. Instead, buy two of them separately. The reason is that both drugs have different rates of absorption. Dapoxetine requires approx. 2 hours to reach Cmax (Max serum concentration) whereas Sildenafil requires between 30 min and 1 hour. When you take the combination drug, depending on the time elapsed between taking the medication and deed, one of the drugs would either have not reached peak concentration or it's concentration would be on the decline after having reached peak concentration. Take Dapoxetine tab (30 or 60 MG) 2 hours before the deed and Sildenafil 1 hour before the deed. This would give you best of both worlds.
