I've had some success with tipping / buying drink for Mamasan in my two trips. I did tip / LD a couple waitresses and felt it was throwing money away. It didn't do much for me except make them a bit more helpful but ultimately just got me bugged for more drinks.

No. You could get laid, but Phuket is not good compared to Bangkok or Pattaya. Selection is smaller, prices are relatively high.

In Phuket, prices are also outrageously high for some non-mongering goods (like transportation, 5-10 x more than in Bangkok), and the locals are not too friendly, only there to squeeze money form tourists.

If you just want a nice beach, I'd go to places other than Phuket too.

You did not say how much time you want to spend with the girl. Even a week non stop (24 hours per day) was possible at least years ago, like taking girl on a holiday.
