This issue used to come and go in past but now I see this needs address since it is persistence now.

I observed there is white white discharge accumulate around top of penis area. It has foul smell as well. It case little itching also.

I clean with water and next day again it appears. In past after few days of wash and use of coconut oil, used to cure this.

But this time no help. Seems I have to apply some ointment to cure this. This is some kind of skin reaction.

Not sure if washing with savlon or applying soframicine will help.

If anyone has tried any ointment for such case please suggest or suggest a good Dr.

Don't worry. Clean the affected area with hot water only, let it dry and apply " Mupirocin" ointment, which is available in almost all the medical shops. No problem at all and your problem will resolve in one to two days. But use it for one week. Later use "Rexizole" lotion for one week. However check for "blood sugar" levels also. Stay safe.
