You've alarmed me bro, the one who had given her number was saying really good things about her like she is a true GFE, cooperative etc. Will reconsider visiting her. Going to a Spa is not illegal, running a brothel disguised as a Spa is. What are they going to charge him with?

Nothing will happen. Just chill. If they want to enforce they will even if the sim is in someone else' name. This is a routine in all cities once a while. Cheers.

So per US law (where I am from), Just having your phone number at a spa which engages in illicit conduct doesn't mean you have broken any law. You have to be caught in the act in order to be prosecuted. LE may contact you as part of their investigation as did you see anything illicit or participate in anything illicit at the spa. Your answer should be, no I did not. NOw they may ask a spa worker to finger you but in reality, that doesn't stand in a court of law unless she can identify a birthmark which only your mother / wife may know or she has video footage, so most sensible LEs do not bother.

As a rule of thumb, I only give fake phone numbers and names at spa. I do not use my forum name, let alone real name.
