Thanks for your query. But for me getting caught carrying fake ID is much better than someone finding out my name on a hotel register with WGs. I am doing this from class 12 when I went to Hotels with my then girlfriend because we were [CodeWord902].

Now I keep both fake and real IDs in my wallet, I use it accordingly.

As I have already explained to some members how to create fake IDs, here's how I do it:

Option 1:

I have copied a friend's drivers license from a different state and changed the name, address and license registration no. Then I had put a really old pic of mine and that too edit a bit in Photoshop (not photoshop, some morph app on android) so that the person doesn't look like me but no one bats an eye because it was taken when I was 18 years old (now I'm 28).

Option 2:

Edited my Aadhar card in MS Paint to change name, phone, address, aadhaar number. Got it printed and laminated. But it has my photo.

I am mongering from 2014, before even knowing a forum like this exists and from my experience, I have never been questioned about my IDs bcz there's no way to verify DL and ADHAAR online. Even if there is, no one really cares. They just need your IDs for compliance rules.

I made fake IDs 10 years ago because of being [CodeWord902] and being paranoid of getting caught, but nowadays data on India is so open my paranoia is becoming reality, that's the reason I'm still continuing my process.

Suggestion to all:

Keep a Fake ID with you if you're confident enough to carry it. Because this will safeguard your identity and no one can blackmail you. How you ask?

Scenario 1:

I click a picture of hotel entry register with all details like names and address, phone, etc.

I get to know if you're with a WG or any other girl other than your spouse.

I search you on the web, your Instagram, your Facebook, linkedin, etc. With so much online data and reading comments or seeing pics, I can know who's your wife, fiance, parents, friends, boss, colleague.

I send you a message on FB that transfer 1 lakh or I'll share your details with your loved ones or the police.

You panic and pay me, and then you live in fear for the rest of your life.

Now, you ask me what if I get caught using a fake ID by some LE?

Simple, I pay him 1000 rupees and get it resolved. Tell him sorry I used it during my teenage years to buy booze.

Now you decide which life you want to choose. Thank you and welcome.

I hope you do realize in an unforeseen circumstance being questioned by LE and staying under a fake ID at that time. Things will get unnecessarily complicated and suspicious where not needed.

I wasn't looking for an answer on whether advance payment is right thing to do or not. Rather I was more looking for whether she is genuine or not.
