From the rate it sounds all 3 are high end, However indies are available at all donations, General trend is 7-10 k for 2 pop but if you have a contact of some seniors and if they are willing to share then contacts are available at 2.5 K also, but what I have heard for many are most of the Senior who have good economical digits do not share, may be they fear the rates will get inflated and they will in turn get inflated rates hence they keep it to their heart. So we have to monger in these range, regards.
