Short answer is any GFE experience and activity (DFK, BBBJ / BBJ & DATY) is potentially risky. Ironically in majority of the cases STD / STI are asymptomatic, most of the time carrier might not have any active noticeable symptoms. HPV & HSV can be transmitted during skin to skin contact.

There are recent studies (not so conclusive) about increased risk of throat cancer in men performing cunnilingus.

Best way to stop getting HPV (there are more than 150 types of HPV) is to NOT have sex! You can get it even if your partner has no signs or symptoms. Condoms are very effective in stopping HIV transmission but not so effective against HPV. But they are the best solution we have currently.

There is a HPV vaccine which you can try but last time I checked you had to be under 26 for the vaccine to be effective. Please check with your doctor.
