The police gave warning and alerted house owner and security of the racket happening.

I have the guys picture from WA and shared with police. Not sure how reliable but I did whatever I can.

Sharing in customer complaint boards and forums will be only awareness. But in order to stop these fraud need to inform police. Police were helpful inspector gave rang after couple of days to take some inputs else there is no problems from police too.
