I was in Frankfurt last week, read about Red light district. Planned to visit on a weekday evening.

Setup is nice you have 3-5 story buildings, on each floor there are rooms rented by girls. No middle man nothing. Walk up to the floor if door is open girl is available negotiate the price and bang.
