There are several brand names available with chemists:

Suhagra.

Penegra.

Caverta.

For me caverta 50 gave headache but Penegra did not. Medicine takes a good 20-30 minutes to take effect. After that you can confidently reach her place. The next time I took half a tablet (50 MG). It caused jhonny to be more stiff but did not really raise the duration of the act. The effects begin within 10-20 minutes.

The third time, I tried a full tablet (100 MG). I would say it made erection 25-30% stiffer and you reach your full length and there is nothing flaccid about penis anymore.
