I second the motion. Observed this from my previous experiences many just drop msgs to sps to collect pics and confirm about services but only a few will actually leap forward.

Again a request to everyone, drop msg when you require services else sp will start jacking up the prices when suddenly he is getting so much traffic and attention might make him greedy. Usually I won't leap ahead if someone is quoting high price. This is Delhi too many options available.
