Visited this spa based on some crytic hints here and thanks to JF again for further help.

Had booked an appointment and reached on time. Lineup had all local girls and since was nearing closing time not too many options available. One better looking therapist was about to leave but since I wasn't too impressed with other options, counter lady asked better one if can serve me and luckily for me she agreed. Paid the counter and off we go.

Place: 7/10 (pros: all locals, they accept cards for payment of massage and even extras, attached washroom. Cons: small room, and risk of raids as told to me by the therapist, so caution and goodluck are required).

Also after sharing my number, got a series of sms next day for other spas in and around same place with similar services offered. Looks like plenty of options available in the vicinity.

Girl: Miss and. 7. Good massage, hurried up extras, no BJ or DFK, didn't opt for DATY.

Damage: 2 k counter and 2 k for extras.

WIR: yes for locals, and to try other birds.

There is this looters in Marol naka in the name of a spa called Royal country spa. They talk very sweet in the beginning and once you enter they force to take extras with deep pocket, I went there once and their card machine wasn't working. So the counter guy asked me to pay later, once inside, lady asked for extra and I said of course I need, then she said 3000 for tl and HJ, I bargain to 3500 for TL, BL, and HJ. Everything was smooth and once completed the guy sent some office boy to accompany for payment. He said why you are paying huge amount to lady blah blah. I didn't respond and being Sunday most of the ATM are out of order, in the meantime the counter guy also joined us and started to threaten if not only pay 1500. I said I can now pay from my home and stay near by. This guy asked to call the gal in spa and said he want to talk, by just talking he ran away with my phone. I just followed him to the spa and they all joined to beat me. I said if you want payment you have to accompany me. After almost 1 hour of fight they accepted and these guys are from kharkand. Just avoid them at any cost.
