I understand your situation bro. I went thru the same phase during my initial days.

When you go thru Loc or crglist and get random cheap SP, chances are that you will be scammed like this. You can increase the odds of success by spending more. Or get hold of known and reliable SP contacts or indie where you get the good girls in modest price.

In my case I go for high level where odds are relatively high for getting good girls. Although there is no guarantee in that case as well.
