1.) With uncovered blow job, the chances of contracting HIV is very less or NIL unless the receiving person has any open-cuts / wounds / sores / abrasions on the penis. However, there is a chance of contracting many other STIs and UTI from a BBBJ. Same is the case with DATY also. You can use oral-dam as a barrier for DATY. You can convert an unused condom as a oral-dam. There is a plenty of online reading material about converting an unused condom into a oral-dam.

2.) With a commercial sex worker, it is not advisable to have a penetrative sex with out condom. Apart from risk of infections, there is a risk of pregnancy.

Most of the time STIs are asymptomatic till they manifest as STDs. For example, consider HSV, if there is an outbreak, you might see HSV sores, else, it might not have any visible and noticeable symptoms. Avoid DATY or BBBJ when either of you has any active ulcers / sores in the mouth or bleeding gums. Also, avoid DATY, if there is a foul smell near the genitalia of the provider.

Apart from HIV, there are other things to consider like syphilis, herpes, hepatitis etc. They can easily transmit if we are using condom also. So be cautious about the girls you are choosing. Lal Ji's Pathology Laboratory has branches across New Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon / Gurugram and an STD panel test costs around INR2800. Also, do an online search for dr safe dot com.

I'm from Bangalore. I've availed services from both of them using my mongering phone number and e-mail. My experience was good with both the laboratories, reports can be viewed online providing privacy and discretion.

You need to first understand that precum is bound to be released if you are sexually excited.

But in your case it is not clearly known whether it is precum or not because in general conditions it is released when the tool is fully erect. Sometimes it can be released during the flaccid state of the penis also. I think you should first make sure that whether the thing which you are assuming as precum is actually precum or [CodeWord109]. If the shot is hardly within one minute is a sign of worry because it should ideally be 5-10 minutes for a normal healthy person. In my view you need to see with a doctor for the time factor but the precum / [CodeWord109] thing you have to clarify.
