So yesterday, I signed up on the popular dating app "Bumble" after having no luck with Tinder. I am quite attractive (not to boast about myself) . I think you mean the oyo home in hsr layout. It is still available and couple friendly. I used it last week but you have to be there to submit your ID. I think it has become kind of mandatory. You can check-in first and give the room number to the girl and she can check-in separately later.

One must always assume a market remains free as long as there are no tariffs, quotas, embargos etc. Let's say that you plan to manipulate the market. The only way you can, is by either governing the market (which you are not in a position to do so) or by controlling the demand (which is what you are suggesting).

Now, to control demand thereby manipulating price, you must assume you can control a significant share of the market.

- spending on flight tickets.

- spending on going to the airports and back.

- paying for accommodation for every day of stay.

- having the Thai entry stamp on your passport and then worrying about how to conceal it for the rest of your life.

- and probably 20 other reasons which those super smart mongers referred above will not be able to think about. They can only think as far as 'just add 10 K more'.

The other song sung frequently in the same tune is "We are going to Delhi NCR. Ow. Ow. ". Here too the above factors apply, except for visa fees, passport stamp and foreign exchange buying.

So next tie you are tempted to be super smart and sing one of these songs, think first. If we are mongering in Bengaluru, let us focus on how to make this a better mongering playground rather than throw in foolish suggestions. Going out of Bengaluru just to monger is an option maybe for only 2% mongers. And for others (maybe 10-13%) only when their work takes them to that city or country.
