I recently had similar experience. Here therapists seems to have formed a cartel as they stay together in the same management provided accommodation.

Due to no price negotiations about extras with a therapist, I repeated this place and same therapist couple of times and always paid 500 for HJ. During recent visit, my regular therapist was avoiding and pestered me to try another therapist citing flimsy reasons. The other therapist she referred on that day did a pathetic massage, she simply poured oil on my body. Wasted 1.5K counter charges and my time.

Another senior member told me that he also had similar experience that particular therapist was avoiding regular clients who pay less than 1K for extras. While my regular therapist has every right to take a decision to attend a client or not, I am unsure if the reasons cited by her genuine or not, she might be tired or not in a good mood. I've decided to skip this place. This is another classical example of heavy footfall spoiling the spa and therapists.
