One unprotected sex resulted in so many sleepless nights. Hope no one needs this report. But if one does then I hope one gets timely guidance from this report.

I'm from Bangalore, I had similar experience in March-2017, I had condom slip. I could totally relate to your experience. In India there is still lot of stigma associated with consultation, diagnosis and treatment of HIV.

As your doctor rightly asked, HIV exposure risk is high in MSM groups and Anal sex.
(Please don't read too much between lines here, I personally don't have any aversion towards MSM community or their sexual orientation).

In-case of any potential exposure like:

1. Unprotected Vaginal or Anal Sex.
2. Condom Burst or Slip.

We should immediately seek medical assistance to ascertain the associated risk and start PEP with in 72 hours after medical advice. It is advisable to consult a Venereologist or Doctor specialized in Infectious Diseases. It is advisable to give sample for baseline HIV test prior to taking PEP course.

I'd also like to mention another aspect about PEP- like any other medicine, PEP medication will have side-effects. One would need to inform the doctor about any pre-existing medical conditions or aliments for assessing side-effects of PEP medication.

Then what I found is that in India typically such medicines are prescribed by Dermatologist. Not all dermatologist provide this. I went to practo. Com and found list of all dermatologist in commutable neighborhood from where I stay. Then I called one by one and asked the receptionist to connect me to the doctor. And asked the doctor that I need PEP, would you prescribe it to me? If the answer was no then I would ask him if he knew who can prescribe one to me and if he can share his number. After calling around 7-8 doctors I found one..

He then prescribed a medicine called "Viropil". One can google it. This medicine is not available at local medical shops. The doctor only gave it to me as he had stock of it in his clinic. The cost of the medicine and doctors consulting fee was Rs. 3500 out of which the medicine cost was Rs. 2500 (MRP of the medicine is Rs. 3750 - but it is so that doctors can make money).

Next he asked me to do HIV blood test report immediately to confirm if I was clean prior to my encounter. I did the blood test and got the report. It was a horrific experience to open the report. What if the report was positive? After I read the report I had a sign of relief. It was negative.

He asked me to do another report after 30 days. After 30 days I booked an appointment for blood test from Drsafehands. Com The test that I selected was "HIV Duo Combo" They gave me choice of labs near my preferred locations where I can go and give the blood for test. I can pay cash at the time of giving blood. After 2 days the report was emailed. It was clean. Thank you God. A doctor from Dr Safe hands called and consulted me.

I am wondering if one will get massage by Angus under this offer as she is priced premium and one has to pay premium to get therapy from her. After taking the membership they might say that to get therapy from her one has to pay additional. Or like Mahindra Holiday Club does that Hotel Stay is free but hotel booking charges are there.

The only reason I go / went to M Spa (wind instrument) monkey area, was because Miss A moved from Spanish Rich to M spa. However, I am little perplexed with their operations, they seem to have positioned themselves as a high-end spa however literally all their therapists are average (I overheard 2 non-spa customers complaining about the services they had availed) and I have almost never (seniors sure know better) come across these sort of 'unbelievable' offers one after another in such a short span of time, I wonder if is all, is perhaps guys who are considering membership should watch out, just sharing.

Special thanks for JustFishing, thanks a lot bro for your help in decoding the MP names, well Guys I was in Mumbai and thanks to the Bloody rain to spoil every thing, I went using NB app and saw the Chinese currency spa in K korner and went there spent Rs. 1299 or Rs. 1200 don't remember exactly at the counter, in came Mr. Are (red flower name) of coursed looked a bit aged but what a Massage and soft and tight hands with good grip enjoyed the massage and the HJ and TA (Sucky) felt very light and went to a bar and had a nice Bud and headed back.

Price 1. 2 k and 2 k for HJ and TA.

So the next day despite having so many plans went wasted.

In the evening booked a punjabi chick for 15 k for 3 guys with one shot on offer to each, while the SP was in loop though one of my friend's trusted SP, he demanded the full payment to be done to the driver, which raised my eyes, I suggested to give 10 k to driver and 5 to girl, after some 2 hours the car arrived, girl was same as pic, but I don't know what the fuck is wrong with oyo thee days and why they overbook like this, we had booking in oyo townhouse still because of overbooking they started denying checkin to guests, with no proper option, we took the girl up in the room as guest and one of my friend started calling oyo for alternate room, after lots of time wasted on hold they finally allotted the room, and assured that this property is not overbooked, but one friend started doing the deed there itself, while it was his first time, he just could not handle the situation, the girl scared him, took his money, thankfully he had only 1 k in cash, he the idiot even offered her paytm, she denied the request LOL yes he was actually requesting her to take it as well, anyways so the girl ran away, 16 k wasted including 3 hours, the recovery of amount is still in process but seems uncertain now, so afterwards the friend's sp promised for another girl, this time an alleged indi, she was super pretty, it was already 11 pm, same deal 3 guys 1 shot 15 k, by this time they both reached the new hotel, I meanwhile left for dinner and some work, again oyo did shit and the property denied check in saying we only accept cash on counter, oyo cs was busy and keeping long holds, it was raining also, hey managed to again give another alternate hotel in dn nagar, this place was better, staff was helpful and obedient, I also reached there, now the girl also arrived there, and. 2. street pickup scene is very alive in Mumbai, specifically at places like Kandivali, Juhu, Andheri. Cheap stuff incall available mostly in navi Mumbai area, kharghar, and around.

3. I couldn't find much active MPs though MPs in Lokhandwala have variety in staff and extras on offer.

This happens for two reasons, 1. Desperate for cash flow or 2. Want to lock in clients.

In case 2, the. Offers are more reasonable. Jaw dropping offer means cash flow issues, loan sharks closing in etc. Seen that a few times at some well knoen spas. Here, business closure risk is high.

My main concern is that a place will close down before I get to use my membership fully. That happened with Villainess which is no longer operational (owner claims that she is looking for a new location).

I saw some LE activities in Malad West inside spa. Police were spa from inside and asking questions to manager. I was waiting for massage but then escaped from there. After some time saw them behind me on roadside. Somehow able to escape though. Be careful.
