You can do vaccination for hepatitis be but there is no cure / vaccination for herpes. Although herpes is not life threating but outbreak of it can be nasty and pain in the ass. However, there are medicines that can prevent or shorten outbreaks. Herpes virus goes into hiding in your nerve cells and it stays in your body for life long. Stay safe.

Thanks for starting this important thread. Not only hepatitis or HIV, there is one more std which we all should be careful about. Herpes. It is a non curable std and once you have it, it becomes your companion for rest of the life. Condoms cannot protest against herpes. It can be transmitted even when an infected person is not having an outbreak. There is no vaccine for herpes. Worst thing most people having herpes is not aware that they have it. The symptoms of herpes are so generic that most people think it something else. While doing std test one should always test for hsv 1 and 2 igm and igg as well to know his herpes status.

The risks of HIV from BBJ is not documented which means that some one who has done only BBJ and got HIV is not documented. However the risks of other STDs are high and hence it may not be prudent. You should have gone for PCR when you had symptoms. But it is very unlikely to contract virus type std just by oral. Go for all std test bro. And keep your fingers crossed.
