See a lot of adds in loc and to. All the numbers listed are classified as SPAM in truecaller. Is it because the SIM s are circulated. Is there a chance that people are marking numbers as spam once they have communicated with it to avoid any further messages or calls from that number? Is classifying numbers a s SPAM some kind of phone Hack?

Or is it the simple possibility that these numbers are really SPAM committing fraud.

Help needed please.
