I would say, stay away from India. In general it is a bad mongering destination. I can recommend Philippines. They speak good English and are very friendly. Perhaps some south american places may be good. I have no experience in SA.

I am looking for something similar that is suitable for older guys that don't want to do the club / bar scene. The best option I have found is alternativephuket.com. There is one review on this site. Another one is in Angeles City FilipinaFantasy. Ch but they have not responded to my repeated emails. Two things worked quiet well for me in Moscow. Tinder and Uber.
