Yes it is a big money making racket and he is a nothing but a PIMP in disguise trying to provide girls through reference. He charges 10 k just to sign up for his so called whatsapp group and then charges exorbitant amount through pimping as he too gets a cut in every referral.

IMO you have nothing to lose by asking her out on a date. If the rapport so far is good then just ask, if she says no you can move on and I'm sure she'll just be flattered by it so won't make it uncomfortable the next time you get a massage from her, chances are higher that she'll respond even better as long as you don't seem bothered by the whole thing. Depends on how you ask and how you deal with the response, play it cool and composed and there's very little risk. I also think that what you're experiencing is nothing even close to love.
