Usually you get top and bottom despo for this. From pro spa like Walk In Beauty Thai spa if you choose dry Thai massage. Bottom one will be like shorts. And the girl will tear you apart LOL.

Are you referring to the shorts and shirt made out of normal clothing material. This is a standard practice in few Thai spa if you opt for dry massage.
