It is time to leave all your bad habits like smoking, drinking or whatever else and yes I include this social medias like youtube or Netflix which kills your time. These habits which kills your time eventually damages all your life and are more dangerous than any other habits, just make your mind of 15 days and not to indulge any of your bad habits then just see yourself it would be more easy for you to come out of those habits and lead better life.
Use this time to rebuild your body and fitness, trust me you can build your body between four falls and you can drop hell lot of weights just working out between four walls. There are plenty of videos and guidance you can get from internet, just it needs your determination and effort.

Is the Saath samandar spa operational in mangla. Used to be a regular visitor there couple of years back. Might be travelling to Bangalore for work post lock down. Guys please help. Thanks.
