These habits which kills your time eventually damages all your life and are more dangerous than any other habits, just make your mind of 15 days and not to indulge any of your bad habits then just see yourself it would be more easy for you to come out of those habits and lead better life.

Use this time to rebuild your body and fitness, trust me you can build your body between four falls and you can drop hell lot of weights just working out between four walls. There are plenty of videos and guidance you can get from internet, just it needs your determination and effort.

It's time to rebuild your diet, your body is the product of what you eat so it's simple as this, just use this time to come over all your junk food habits and build healthy diet habit.

Have been regular visitor to this spa in PM Nagar. The owner is sweet Telugu lady should have been more hotter in her early active days.
