High time to think from the brain and not from dick to control the already overpriced market of Bangalore. Else it will be way to expensive for us to venture out after the lockdown.

LE takes rents because it isn't paid well in the first place. Nevertheless, it is paid a somewhat comfortable salary. Which lowers chances that it will raid, extract, and kill the goose that lays the golden eggs. LE is experienced and realistic enough to realize that MPs can't pay up if they don't have it in the first place. Even taxing them heavily now can destroy the golden goose, a lose-lose for both. Since neither LE nor MPs are going away anytime soon (unless we all become zombies by the end of this blip). Cooperation is in the best strategy for both.
