Now since you are home you won't access to gym, but do 1 hour to 90 minutes of Body weight exercises everyday. Google / youtube is your friend.

I would try to do a lot of Push Ups, Pike Push ups, BW Squats, Lunges, and pull ups if you have a place to learn to pull up.

And lots of AB work (youtube).

By the time you get to be School you will be lean and look like an athelete.

You won't even have to try, trust me.

For sex at work, sales organizations with lots of females and lots of targets are good.

So finally made to the top 5 be schools of our country. (which further goes on to say that I am definitely not stupid.).
