The Indian laws don't define sextortion per se and are, hence, inadequate in combating a serious crime such as this. A specific and clear definition of sextortion has to be included in the Indian Penal Code. Until the law evolves to specifically define and sufficiently punish sextortion, it will remain unacknowledged, with the legal recourse path blurry.

So your best best would be to ignore the person. Makes no sense to block it. If in case the person does upload your video, she will surely share it and say 'here you go'. Lookup some research on how to handle this situation with cybercrime departments. Don't stress too much. She's already taken 1000 from you and I know it takes more effort to actually go and upload on websites. So don't sweat. And please don't make online transactions with any spa, WG, hookers or whatever. That's just more trouble for you later. Stick to cash transactions only and get a different number for mongering.

Exactly. If you get frightened and yield once, then there is no stopping. The demand will be going on increasing. I experienced a similar thing. One person with ID priya priya connected with an offer for camfun. Immediately on messaging in whatsapp, return video call came and on answering there appears a girl in nude making moves for about five seconds. There was no amount quote. I thought just to impress it's genuine, the girl appeared nude. But immediately the voice muted for some time and then the call cut. Next minute my image came as a video for some seconds and then a male called and told dheka e video facebook youtube and other media me upload karun. Kya bolte. I told do it and already some ten to fifteen videos are already there and cut the call and next minute he uploaded in youtube and like and called you will be famous all India and your friends [Non-English text deleted by Admin]. I know social media will take off such videos instantly and kept cool. The number end with 217 and is not online since then. The videos have been removed then itself by the media and there is nothing to bother.

Someone just tried to promote this spa here. Even I visited the place. No FS was available. Masseurs available are dusky Tamil ladies with zero massage skills and most of them are around 40. I asked for Soniya and the receptionist said she is busy and someone else would come. One dusky lady aged around 40 came for massage. Just after 5 minutes of the massage, she popped the question of extras. I asked for FS. She said only HJ available for 1000. I didn't respond she continued. The massage was a kind of namesake just applying oil on the body. Once she started the front side she started touching Johny and balls. She wasn't a good looker so didn't opt for HJ. 1 HR massage got completed in 25-30 mins.

Question. What will happen if they upload? Do you even know where they are based out of? What's the probability of your wife / parents / relatives watching this video?

The scammers feed on "fear". Ignore the messages, the more you respond, they know you have fallen for them. Last & not least, happy you had your lesson and is ready to deal this in future.

Still Confusion there not clear to open such services.

Risks falls on safety and legal issues too. As you might be aware the Court are not functioning if caught.

Some of my regular spa started calling / messages that they are opened only for regular customer and asked to visit with appointment. But don't want to take risk in this Situation.

Please post her details also so that others are aware. Also you can file a complaint in cybercrime. Gov. In give detailed screenshot demanding money by blackmailing.
