You can buy a new ordinary phone like 1100 types and leave your main phone when venturing out. Also if it's a spa it's better not to use electronic payment. Also wear a hat and mask so that your face does not get captured in any CCTV. Leave your vehicle some where else say 3-4 Minute walk and walk to the place. Very slim chance you can be traced. If it's regular place and they know you then it has some risks. If Chick or spa manager or employee get COVID then it will be huge risk.
