I have faced this couple of time reason being I use an international number for mongering purpose. To confirm whether I am in Delhi couple of SP asked me to share live location in comes fake location app. I have shared link to app. Just set you location in this fake location app to wherever you want to be and then when you share live locational in whatsapp the location shared will be the one you have chosen in app.
