Renting a love shack.

Any of you guys keep an extra apartment to use as a love shack?

I'm willing to pay the extra cost of having a love shack so that I don't have to deal with hotels all the time. Especially the constraints, such as checking in after 2 pm and then having to reappear the next morning to "check out. " Of course, I could check out early, but if I always do this, then they'll probably think I'm doing something illicit. Plus, I hate dealing with the hassle of sneaking girls into hotels. And there's also the hassle of having to keep changing and using different hotels all the time. Finally, just want a place to chill.

Any of you guys see downsides to this, other than money? A friend of mine had a love shack, but his wife found out somehow. So, that's also a drawback.

Hi guys, I've been mongering off and on for a few years now, and have had experiences with indys, SPs, spas etc and have shared many reports here. I don't really enjoy going to SPs or spas, but what I like most is banging indys or regular chicks, I guess its the thrill of the chase. Just like everyone else, I have had my fair share of success and failure in this regard. I used to stay alone earlier and would bring over indys and regular chicks but I stay with family now, so can't do that anymore.

I have also used hotels in the past for meeting indys but it has never been a pleasant experience. From being refused a room at the reception, to getting the disapproving looks and knowing smirks at the lobby, to the fear of being secretly recorded (which actually happened to a friend), to feeling guilty about paying a hefty day's room rate for a few hours of fun, there are many reasons why going to a hotel everytime I feel like banging an indy doesn't make sense to me. Same goes for the newer options like airbnb or stayuncle for meeting indys. Plus, no regular chick will ever agree to check into a hotel room after a first date, no matter how hard you might try.

Which leaves me with only one option which I have been considering of late. I am thinking of taking a 1 bhk on rent somewhere in the western suburbs, which I can use at my leisure whenever I want a safe private place to meet an indy or a regular chick, which may be once a month to a maximum of once a week. I am looking for 1 more or maximum 2 more guys who are in a similar situation to split the rent with me, which should come to 10-15 k per head per month. Obviously, we can't be too open about bringing hookers or women who are obviously hookers brazenly into the flat everyday, for fear of neighbors or guards complaining. Also, the flat cannot be shared with other friends and turned into a fuckhouse for the same reasons. But as long as we 2-3 guys are sensible, and the indys are reasonably dressed and the regular chicks look like well, regular chicks then there should be no problem.

I would appreciate some input from the veterans here if the idea makes sense or if someone has already tried it. Also, if you are a sensible, reliable, trustworthy guy or know of such a guy in a similar situation, looking for a nice, safe, private place to meet indys or your girlfriends or some regular chicks, and don't mind spending 10-15 k per month in exchange for some peace of mind, then please contact me via PM and lets take this forward.

Its certainly a workable idea buddy, I had put some thought and effort into getting a similar pad in Mumbai a couple of years back and even made a post about it here on ISG linked above. However, I didn't get any members to go along with the idea, perhaps due to the high rents in Mumbai or due to lack of trust here, both of which are understandable.

I would suggest limiting the contributing members to no more than three, more than that would arouse suspicion in the neighbors. Also, keep a low profile as in no loud parties or disturbances, pay off the security guards a little cash once a while and you should be OK. Basically, as long as all of the guys are sensible and trustworthy, it should work out well. Good luck and let us know here if you manage to pull it off in Delhi. Maybe it will motivate me to start looking for something similar once again in Mumbai once the lockdown ends.

TNG is close for new customers. They are shut. Its owner informed me that due to LE in Delhi they are operating discreetly for old & regular customer only.

When I went there yesterday, there were fresh & old newspapers on the dusty stairs (probably to give hints that they are closed), doors were locked with all lights off. When I called the Owner, the doors were open for me. There were only few regular staff girls who were sitting in front reception with lights off and keeping a tab on all CCTVs. Although it was safe, but they informed me that they are not accepting new customers for some time due to corona. This is the best and easiest place to find VFM in south Delhi, so I hope they will start regular services soon..

This is true. I tried calling and getting an appointment. Had never tried before as a relative's shop is close by and I never wanted to risk meeting anyone there. So this time when I tried to get an appointment, Mamasan wanted to first video chat with me to see whether she has seen me at the spa ever. Then she also wanted to send me to someplace else than the spa. When I enquired where and who is available, she refused to entertain thinking I was LE. Will try calling again in future though.

After seeing some pics from JKpucnch bro on forum from this SP I decided to take a plunge last weekend on Saturday 19 Sep to be precise.

I live far away from Rohini which is a 2-hour commute for me, well I had some work in Rohini and contacted sp.

He responded along with pics, I chose one and told him that I will reach his den in the later half of afternoon.

The den is an accommodation in which SP stays along with his wife who is also SP as she was handling and responding to customers from her phone, as they live there it was a bit chaotic don't expect clean and sparkling rooms like a hotel. Well yeah I have a thing for hygiene and all hence I usually prefer outcall unless I am undertaking a new venture like this one. The flat was clean and even the washroom was clean. It was a bit messy in terms of some household commodity lying out of place.

SP offered some snacks to gulp down the beer, and I was so relieved to have a chilled bottle down my throat in his room which had AC.

In the chit chat Rahul bhai's name also came up and I asked him which Rahul are you talking about he told me there is only one Rahul in Delhi everyone knows him...

Saw quite a few post today about finding a private den.

I am also looking for something like this, I had a room in a guest house in lado sarai near saket but they have rented the rooms as flat on monthly rent due to very less tourism. They were listed on airbnb but I had free access as owner was my company's client.

Hotels are hectic and I have never carried an ID with me my entire life also I leave the house on slippers on off days to monger so family will also raise an eyebrow.

Also I take my own booze so need a new den for my arrangements.

Quite a few available in khirki and neb sarai but due to privacy reasons cannot book there.

Many chicks on SA refuse to come the place I had. Most prefer hotels.

I am looking for an airbnb types property. If anyone knows such around ladoo sarai or sheikh sarai please do share the details.

This is what I was thinking lately. I want to rent a 1 bhk furnished apt in Delhi / NCR. Budget around 15-20 k per month. But the most important thing is safety and no praying eyes. Let me know if any brother can help in this.

May be this one is safer when you take individual house where there is no crowded houses. I am not sure about your place. But when I was working in Chennai company rented many houses from city outside which is cheap for them. It was during 2014 the rent was 5000. Due company built their own quarters many of my working mates vacated and the area already became empty some how.

So I had habit of taking service every week and decided to book one separate house and did it. The thing is really worthy especially every week I used to take birds with me and played full night without any hassles and no issues at all. That was the golden times and still those areas are same and mostly house type services also happening same manner.

It will be good if some mongers make group and can rent it. For sure it will be safe and enjoyable.

A pooled apartment on rent is likely to draw more attention with different guys and girls visiting every second day. The land lord would surely ask you to vacate immediately.

It's better and safer to have an individual den.
