An exception would be to make it clear at the time of the 500,000 deal that you will pay that one time only and from here on out you will only pay 300,000.

Yes that's right. The higher price is for the 1st day only. Make that clear from the start. So these prices are for seeking. 3 hours for 300,000 seems to be part of the standard. And yes, the standard can vary and has a range. The problem is she may have 2 or 3 other guys offering her 300,000.
