If you are interested in European, Budapest is pretty good. A number of massage places, girls typically young and slim, Hungarian or Eastern Europe. Price is pretty decent too. Language is a barrier but there are a couple of places (called "Anma"s I guess) that let foreigners. The ritual of shower / bath, massage / sex, and shower / bath is quite unlike anything else.

I know that rarely does what you can see on a video actually exists in "real life". I've never traveled to Japan, but will do so for an extended stay soon, I will ask this question.
