If you don't have phymosis (inability to retract the foreskin completely). The think you may experienced mostly balanitis. It means infection of foreskin. Some time it comes with pain and tip of penis. Which means infection at both. Balanoposthitis. You need 7 days antibiotics therapy. Take T. Augmentin duo 625 two times a day, lobate GM Ointment local application. It will settle down.

If you don't want to meet doctor, get a sterile needle, open the lesion at the pointy site and remove the solid content. And apply antiseptic ointments.

Phymosis is one of the common issue in boys. As a medico we used to do surgery in early days itself. In young boys mother's bring with complaints of ballooning of penis during urination. That's the common symptom. Next one s frequent urinary tract infection. You better go and consult a general surgeon or urologist. It's a very simple day care procedure. I undergone circumcision at the age of 6. My cousin at the age of two. And almost all the Muslim guys undergoing below the age of one. So tell your parents that you are getting frequent urine infection and doctor found you have phymosis and you need a minor situation procedure. That's it. Stay cool. And with phymosis it's difficult for sexual activity. So better do soon. Enjoy the life.

Bro, it's normal to feel like this especially when you just start doing it and if you haven't had any experience with girls. Love and sex are two separate things and just because you indulge in sexual pleasures outside does not mean you don't love your spouse or is betraying your family. We as a society consider everthying related to sex as Taboo. Majority of men would want to experience these pleasures but do it discreetly else MP business wouldn't have been flourishing. Keep enjoying your experiences, play safe and stay healthy.

Hi brothers,
I want to get your opinion for a problem in me for long time.
I am only into MP's.
After having extras like HJ, suddenly getting a feeling of depression and sadness which last for some weeks to months until next visit. The feeling is like I'm betraying my parents and my future wife like that. For the record, never had any GF.
I am getting more depression than relaxation at the end.
I wants to come out of that, want to feel more relaxation. I never forced any masseuse, always respect their views.
Please help me brothers.

Posts: 26Phimosis is not a serious problem, it is not expected to improve on its own.
You should consult doctor and tell your parents.
I know it's tough and depressing moments but once you tell people who your close, you will feel better.
Good luck.

Look Man the earliest the better. As you mentioned it's your last stage stretching and oils won't help much. I will recommend you to be upfront with your family as the inability to pull your foreskin back will not only hinder your sexual activities but also may cause creation of puss and cysts under you foreskin as it requires cleaning.
You first consult a urologist on your own and then break the news to your parents. The earlier you will get it done the better it will be as it will only worsen the longer you wait.
All the best.

Guys,
I need advice, I discovered am suffering from phimosis last stage. I cannot pull my foreskin back at all. Been active in sex only since past 3 years. Once I got to have unprotected sex, but I saw that I was not able to penetrate even 1 millimetre, it hurt so much. I can only penetrate using only condom but that too hurts. I came to know about circumcision, am very young can't do this own my own. So my question was how do you I tell my Parents for operation so that they won't doubt. My fear is if I tell this problem, they will get to know that am sexually active. I want to get it done now, because lockdown no work, will get plenty of time to rest after operation. I want to know any way I can convince my parents with doubting?

You can try Flonida. Works like a charm But you have to take extreme caution when using it. Read more about it online.

A combination of 2 creams (1) salicylic acid creams (2) I don't know the name, works. Visit a Dermatologist. If nothing works Cryosurgery is the last option.

Hello brethren,
I am having pain in my left testicles.
Is it because I didn't had sex for 10 days or any other reason.
Please help me out in this.
Thanks.
