The Delhi govt is yet to give go ahead to opening of spas in Delhi though these are functioning well in NCR area being part of Haryana and UP.

A petition by some spa owners is currently being heard in Delhi High Court. The Delhi HC has sought reply from Delhi Govt. The Central govt though pleaded that they have given go ahead to opening of SPAs on 18th Nov itself. The matter has been listed for hearing on 4th December as per the news reports in this regard.

Under this scenario where the matter is still being heard in Court, the operation of spas in Delhi is blatantly illegal and may be are running in collusion with LEs and corporation officers.

On 1st September, DCW chief along with LE raided one such spa namely Amazing in Tilak Nagar area and arrested many a customers and 'rescued' some chicks. The raid was conducted when someone informed DCW on phone. The news link is https://www.indiatoday.in/india/stor...535-2020-09-01.

So the fellas should not throw caution to wind while giving in to their pent up feelings of pandemic time.

Once these spas are legally allowed to open hopefully after 4th December, then and only then mongers should venture out to test the new food at least in Delhi.

The marginal risk is probably too high on account of the restrictions imposed by the Govt during this raging pandemic and I believe is not worth taking.
