Some years ago I was doing a trek southwards through the Caribbean to Argentina. I went from Trinidad and Tobago to Caracas, Venezuela and had my ticket booked from Caracas to Sao Paulo. At Caracas airport they told me I needed to get a yellow fever vaccine to go to Brazil and they gave me the shot right there in the airport.

I did some quick math and $2,200 seems in the right range. I assume the all-day (24 hours) rate for each girl is $400. So, the two redheads played for almost two days and received $1,600 ($400 x 2 girls x 2 days). The club girl played for almost one day and received $400.

Hope this is in the correct forum location. I just booked a flight to Sao Paulo departing this coming Saturday to Jan 3rd. I have been to Rio numerous time but not any place else in Brazil. I need a crash course in Sao Paulo and I don't have time to wade through the volumes of great info posted here. I am hoping you guys can help a brother out otherwise I might just book a shuttle to RJ and explore Sao Paulo at a later date.

Needs.

1. Neighborhoods to stay in? I have to find accommodations. Preferably close to day action but not required. In Rio I stay in Lapa and Centro usually.

2. What is a boates? I see the term. Haven't found the definition yet.

3. Best places for day action? What about night? Termas are acceptable. I like bars and clubs more.

4. Pay in Realis or Dollars?

4. Anything else you have to offer is greatly appreciated.

I don't mind reading if you just want to link to the info. I just don't have time to do much research.

I didn't get any. I don't think any are recommended if you stay in the cities like Sao Paulo. If you go to the natural areas (Pantanal, Amazonia) then it may be wise to get something, but not for the cities.

For my future reference. What were the vaccines you did to get to Brazil (non-covid related), I mean yellow fever etc.

I'm also a newbie planning a trip for after-covid season.

If you mean health insurance (to cover your hospital bills if you get covid and to drag your corpse elsewhere if you don't make it) I got GeoBlue for my trip, it has high medical limits and $500 k medevac benefit.

Struggling to choose an insurance policy for my trip on 30th January, that's if travel is even allowed from the UK at that time.

None of the insurers I can find in the UK will cover you abroad if you travel to a country where nothing but essential travel is advised but some of them would cover me if I failed the PCR test and wasn't allowed to board the plane.

Someone on this website recommend Safety Wing who would cover me in Brazil but I asked them if they'd cover me if I failed the PCR test and their employee said 'no'.

Unless I can find a company which would cover me for both, I might have to book a policy with each of the companies for my trip.

Does anyone have any better ideas?

After returning to SP from the beach I had to return my rental car near Congonhas. I thought to myself, why not try Enjoy, Miruna or Abobora (all being very close to the rental return location) before dropping off the car.

I ended up circling around Miruna and Abobora (for those unaware they are about 200 metres from each other). Parking was very difficult today at both places. I ended up at Miruna. It was busier than usual for 2:30 pm on a Monday. Saw the line up and chose Natasha. She's very fair. Not too made up but naturally pretty with a great bod and some tats. I usually fly out on a Wednesday DFW-GRU. Most of my trips are for my work and for my company. I land in GRU Thurs morning, grab a connecting flight to SDU and then get started on work. Usually done by the evening, I spend the night in Copacabana and then head to GRU the next day.

Arrive by the afternoon, check in to the hotel and have the girl come over by 5/6 pm. That is all pre-arranged. Then the weekend begins and I leave Sunday evening back to GRU around 730/8 pm.

I find that I usually get bored of the girls by Sunday evening so the short weekends are perfect and I get what I need.
