I had a similar experience, although I did not go for the deed. I spoke to her on phone, decided our terms for the deed and when I reached the place, the terms were not as what we agreed. Felt speaking to her on phone itself was mechanical. When I saw her in person, I could figure out what I was having on the plate. Just moved out of the place before the deed starts. Saved my money.

Yes it's the same. They have increased the counter charges to 3 k for 60 minutes. Yes the only reason I did not go to the spa was the receptionist in their old place. Hopefully they realise that and change their attitude or else they will lose out on business.
