I had recently gone from Delhi to Hyderabad and from there to Trivandrum and back to Delhi. There was no restrictions at Hyderabad. To enter Kerala you need to take E-Pass. On the way back from Kerala to Delhi there was no hassles, though the in flight announcement said you will have to undertake test but no such thing happened to me nor did I see any passenger being subjected to it except for body temp check. The Government site (update somewhere in Sept 2020) says a home quarantine for 7 days.

I am new to this forum and stuck in Delhi for longer than I had intended. Flights back to London have been cancelled for a week. It's also important point to note that most of the SP names are Raj. Quite common name.
