I am in constant search of Short Stay hotel for Mongering which is safe and clean. I have used Brevistay, StayUncle etc but found their prices on higher side roughly 1500 RS to 2100 RS. Examples LIWA International, Tunga, De Riveria etc. I then hit upon checking directly with bit more upscale hotels like Peninsula, Lemon Tree Premier etc. Their rates are nearly comparable with these hotels for short stay or for overnite.
