I have been wondering how this place is running successfully without any advertisement and with shady look outside.

As they well aware of this forum / online community and posting the posts in timely manner to drive traffic. For instance, masseur Pooja well aware this forum and made other mongers stumbled by quoting this forum during their session with her.

This could make us to understand that everyone from spa is connected, follows some tactics for business drive.
